Charlie's Journey

On April 20, 2021, at 8:18pm, Charlotte Birdie Ray was born. She was born at 26 weeks 1 day, making her a Micro Preemie. Through letters to Charlie, my hope is that this website will serve as a way to keep our loved ones updated on her progress, as well as a place to record all of her major milestones during her time in the NICU at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids. Some day, Charlie, her mom, and I will be able to read these letters, and I know we will be astonished at how far she has come.
